About 1 hour away was the Olympic Game Park which had a variety of animals including a petting zoo. We took a day trip thinking Edan would enjoy the animals. Edan did not like large animals, especially the ones like yaks that could come up to the car. She loved the petting zoo.
Her favorite animal was a chicken. She followed it around for a long time, trying to touch it.
We had a picnic at a river one afternoon. Edan especially enjoyed throwing rocks into the river and walking along the edge of the water.
Her face is a little grimy from eating dirt! Yum!
