Four Months

On Edan's four month birthday she had her first rice cereal. We tried to get her to eat it earlier in the week but that didn't work at all, so we waited a week and had success!! She looks a little traumatized in these pictures but now she loves it! She babbles and waves her chubby hands around while smearing cereal all over the place. After a week of me feeding her she grabbed the spoon and looked over at the bowl. If she had better muscle control I think she would have fed herself!





The thing she is sitting in is called a "Bumbo." It is a special seat to help babies sit up. She usually only likes it when she's eating or looking at something interesting like the dog.
